House Baseball

Orchard Park Little League is open to all girls and boys who reside in the league chartered boundary. This area includes the Town of Orchard Park or the Orchard Park Central School District. House players may also come from surrounding towns where no Little League currently exists. All others, for House only, may be considered, but must be approved by the Region Director. Player's age for all girls and boys is based on the approved age as set by the Little League Organization. No player can be on rosters in 2 different divisions in the same season.

 

OPLL House Baseball Leagues are as follows:

Tee Ball - Ages 4 and 5 year old boys and girls with beginner skill levels are eligible. 5 year olds MUST play Tee Ball. Game score and standings are not kept in this league. Basic skills such as running the bases, fielding position, and batting are focused on in this league. Players bat off the tees for half of the season and depending on skill level progress to coach pitch. There is a significant emphasis on teamwork and fun. Team requests are allowed cannot be guaranteed. This league is played on the 46' x 60' OPLL diamonds.

Pee Wee Baseball - Generally includes boys and girls ages 6 and 7. Team requests are allowed cannot be guaranteed. This league is played on the 46' x 60' OPLL diamonds.

Juniors Baseball - Includes boys and girls that are 8 years old. Team requests are allowed cannot be guaranteed. This league is played on the 46' x 60' OPLL diamonds.

Minors Baseball - Generally includes boys and girls ages 9 and 10. Players are drafted by team managers. The league tries as best as possible to keep all teams equal competitively. This league is played on the 46' x 60' OPLL diamonds.

Majors Baseball - Generally includes boys and girls ages 11-12. Players are drafted by team managers. The league tries as best as possible to keep all teams equal competitively. This league is played on the 46' x 60' and 50' x 70' OPLL diamonds.

Seniors Baseball - Boys and Girls ages 13-16. Players are drafted by team managers. The league tries as best as possible to keep all teams equal competitively. This league is played on the 60' x 90' OPLL diamonds.  

Big League Baseball - Boys and Girls ages 17 and 18.  Players are drafted by team managers. The league tries as best as possible to keep all teams equal competitively. This league is played on the 60' x 90' OPLL diamonds.
